A calm, creative space to pause, reflect and reconnect.
A gently facilitated, non-clinical creative-writing experience using accessible prompts, private reflection and optional discussion.
Write to Reset is a creative and reflective programme. It is not therapy, counselling or clinical mental-health treatment.

We arrange a short discovery call to understand your audience, setting and intended outcome.
3. Receive your proposal
You receive a recommended programme, delivery format, fee and clear description of what is included.
4. Prepare the participants
Drylam provides the agreed session information, accessibility questions and participant guidance.
5. Deliver and review
The programme is facilitated by Drylam, followed by participant feedback and an optional client debrief.

Become a Drylam at Work founding partner
Drylam is inviting a limited number of Liverpool and North West organisations to help pilot its first workplace programmes.
Founding partners receive an introductory programme fee, a structured session, participant materials and a post-session review. In return, Drylam requests honest feedback and, where appropriate, permission to develop an anonymised case study.

Drylam aims to create welcoming sessions for participants with different levels of confidence, experience and communication preferences.
We can discuss reasonable adjustments, venue access, session pacing and alternative ways to participate during the planning process. Sharing personal writing or speaking in front of the group is never required unless the programme description explicitly states otherwise.depending on the programme.

How many people can take part?
Most programmes are designed for approximately 8–20 participants. Larger-group and conference formats can be discussed separately.
Can sessions be delivered at our workplace?
Yes. Drylam can deliver at an appropriate client-provided venue, subject to location, accessibility and room requirements.
Are online sessions available?
Selected programmes can be adapted for online delivery.
Do participants need writing experience?
No. Exercises are explained clearly and can be adapted for different confidence levels.
Do participants have to share personal writing?
No. Sharing is optional in Write to Reset and most creative programmes.
Can the session be tailored?
Yes. The discovery process identifies your organisation’s audience, objectives and relevant examples. Extensive bespoke development may affect the final fee.
Is Write to Reset therapy?
No. It is a non-clinical creative-writing and reflection programme. It is not counselling, psychotherapy or a replacement for professional mental-health support.
What is included in the fee?
The proposal will specify preparation, facilitation, participant materials, travel, follow-up and any additional services.
